Workshop Hermine Haselböck-Littasy
Time Span: February 20, 2025 – February 22, 2025
Location: Musikquartier: Mariahilferstrasse 51, 1060 Vienna

• Lessons: 3 sessions of 45 minutes each (partially with piano accompaniment)
• Final Concert: Participation in the final concert is included.

Registration

1. Fill out and submit the form:
   Please complete the registration form and send it 
2. Confirmation:
   After reviewing your details, you will receive a written confirmation of your registration along with an invoice.
3. Payment:
   Your registration is binding as soon as the course fee has been fully paid.

Costs

• Registration fee: €80 (non-refundable)
• Course fee: €270 (payment must be made at least 4 weeks before the course starts).
• 350 € total, including taxes.

Practice Rooms

Starting from €5, you can book practice rooms online at https://www.musikquartier.at/ (Room/Hall Booking). These costs are not included in the course fee.

 

Certificate of Participation

You will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of the course.

 

Photo and Video Recordings (Optional)

Photos and video recordings may be taken during the workshop. These will be used for reporting on the organizer's platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and the website.

 

Use of Personal Data

Your data will be used exclusively for the organization and execution of the workshop. No data will be shared with third parties. 

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Up to 4 weeks before the course starts:
  100% of the course fee will be refunded (minus the registration fee). Alternatively, a credit for the full course fee can be issued for a future workshop.
• 4 to 2 weeks before the course starts:
  50% of the course fee will be refunded (minus the registration fee). Alternatively, 75% of the course fee can be credited toward a future workshop.
• Less than 2 weeks before the course starts:
  No refunds are given. Alternatively, 50% of the course fee can be credited toward a future workshop.
• In case of illness:
  Upon submission of a medical certificate, the course fee will be fully refunded (minus the registration fee). Alternatively, the entire fee (including the registration fee) can be credited toward a future workshop.
• No-show without notification:
  No refund or credit will be issued.

Liability

Participation in the workshop is at your own risk. The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior on the part of the organizer. The operator of the "Musikquartier" is solely responsible for any damages or accidents related to the premises or equipment.

 

Cancellation by the Organizer

If the workshop must be canceled for organizational reasons (e.g., due to the illness of the instructor), all payments made, including the registration fee, will be fully refunded.
